5-Hour Support Package
5-hour IT support credit to use as needed within 3 months. Remote (screen sharing, video) or on-site interventions within 30 km of Le Petit-Quevilly. Wide coverage: software issues, network problems, hardware setup, printer troubleshooting, email problems, stuck updates, data recovery. Intervention report after each session. Effective hourly rate: €70 excl. VAT/h instead of €80 (standard rate).
