Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to IT consulting and software development services offered by TOBIA DEMIAN. It is established in accordance with French Consumer Code articles L.221-18 and following.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Consumer Code articles L.221-18 and following, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day of contract conclusion to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties.

2. Services Not Yet Started

If work has not yet begun, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as that used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

3. Services in Progress

If you expressly requested that service execution begin before the end of the withdrawal period and work has actually begun, you will owe an amount proportional to what has been performed up to the time you communicated your decision to withdraw. The refund will cover only the portion of work not performed and will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.

4. Fully Executed Digital Services

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that execution began with your prior express consent. When requesting early execution, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No additional fees will apply. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notification.

6. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision in an unambiguous manner (e.g., by postal mail or email). You may use the standard withdrawal form available on the French government services website (service-public.fr) or any other unambiguous statement.
